I have advanced to Colonial Age this wk and took my time to complete the Story Quest and Side Quests to get to the recurring quests with the intention of staying in Colonial for a short time. If you have to polish decorations, use the criteria above - event ( Tree of Love), diamond ( Aqueduct), and then the newest standard decorations Tree.Couldn't find anything on this, if it exists please point me to it. Polish them if nothing else remains, or if it is the only thing you can polish while looking for a specific-age Great Building blueprint. Their common denominator is that they don't require roads.
